 Ordering:
Orders are accepted over the phone
during our standard business hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific
Standard Time, Monday through Friday. We also accept orders
24 hours a day by answering machine,
fax, mail,
e-mail and soon with our Secure Online
Ordering system. We try to keep most products in stock. If your
order is large or needs specific items, more time may be necessary
for completion. In general, allow two to three working days
plus shipping time for delivery, but in all cases, specify when
you need to receive your shipment. We recommend you order particularly
early for the holiday season as we get very busy.
Payment:
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Money Orders and business
or personal checks (with authorization or after clearance through
our bank). Otherwise all orders are shipped via United Parcel
Service COD unless order is pre-paid or prior arrangements have
been made.
Shipping:
Unless otherwise specified, UPS Ground service is provided for
all shipments within the 48 contiguous states. We also offer
UPS 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air and special requests.
We also offer UPS Hundredweight service which can save as much
as 34% on shipping costs. In order to qualify for these savings,
your order must weigh 200 pounds or more for Ground or 3-Day
Select shipments, and 100 pounds or more for Air shipments.
We suggest you plan your orders to take advantage of these savings. |
